This Friday 17th October the Gallery pairs up with London club kings HeatUK to help celebrate the roaming promoters 7th Birthday in fine style. Formed in 2001 by South West Four promoters Damian Gelle and Antony Marmot, the first ever Heat event infamously took place in their backyard, before going on to change the face of the harder-tinged club nights in the capital forever. Afternoons were never the same again as Heat’s daytime parties were nothing short of legendary! It wasn’t long before Turnmills come knocking and Heat’s daytime raves became notorious across the capital. A monthly night time slot followed at the Farringdon club, before Heat moved around town, selling out many shows at Camden Palace, The Cross, Pacha and KOKO… as well as incredibly selling out Brixton Academy (4,500 capacity) for five New Year’s Eves in a row!!! Amazing Stuff!

DFS have been working with the Heat Crew since 2004, having had the opportunity to co-host some of their biggest events over the past four years, including the 2005 South West Four Launch Party with Steve Lawler at Heaven, with 2500 people. They’ve co-hosted huge sell out parties with Armand Van Helden & Roger Sanchez at KOKO, IBIZAN HEAT and many more….

This time round at Ministry they will be joined by Ibizan allies, FAQ who burst onto the club scene in 2007. Since then they have co-hosted nights with Lock N Load events at KOKO along side Swedish House Mafia and have recently taken their DJs and crew to Ibiza with HeatUK. The One Year Veterans have also produced sell out crowds at their regular gigs at The White House including their very own 2008 SW4 after party.

The DFS Djs will include none other than resident DON69, joined by LAHAR, hailing from the almighty NZ global dance brand FEVAH. These guys are on top form at the moment. Having played many international gigs together – they know how to turn a dance floor into an absolute free for all frenzy with their unique style of BUMPING Filtered HOUSE!To top it all off they will be joined by the legendary Sax specialist, Matty Zee –Live. Get ready for it, this promises to be an unforgettable experience of audio assault!

Staging the FAQ front will be CLUB10’s Phil Noda & Nick55 showcasing their wares. This Beat Dropping Duo have been around the London club scene for many years hosting their monthly Club10 nights at The Chatsworth and now at their new venue in Chiswick. When these boys are on, the dance floor is pumping and their antics behind the decks guarantee an entertaining night.

Also staring on the night will be DFS residents John Dean & Jason Medley aka ‘The DeepHouseExperiment’ joined by Chicago House FM’s –Dj Camouflage with his own style of Jacking West Coast House.

Fattening up the line-up are FAQ regulars, Jonny Haze who has wowed crowds at the Fashionably Renowned Pacha Nightclub and Jagged Records very own Jon Kong, fresh from funkin’ it up in Ibiza at Opening & Closing parties. So look forward to an exhilarating night of sensual delights!!
